Ticket Cancellations and Refunds

• Refund Requests: Refund requests for tickets must be made at least 7 days before the event date. To request a refund, please contact our support team at contactus@letsmeetapp.com.
• Processing Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days back to the original payment method. Please note, it may take several days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
• Late Refund Requests: If a refund request is made less than 7 days before the event, we cannot offer a refund. However, we understand emergencies happen, so please reach out to our support team at contactus@letsmeetapp.com to discuss possible options.

Ticket Exchanges and Transfers

• Exchanging Tickets: Unable to attend? Tickets can be transferred to another event or exchanged for a credit towards future events if done at least 7 days before the scheduled event. Contact us at contactus@letsmeetapp.com for assistance.

Event Cancellations or Changes

• Event Cancellations: In the rare instance an event is canceled, attendees will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to another event.
• Event Changes: For any significant changes to event details (e.g., date, location), ticket holders will be notified immediately, with options provided for refunds or ticket exchanges if the changes result in an inability to attend.
